Ron Toperzer

We had the privilege to work with Ron on both the buying and selling sides. He helped us find the perfect home in Vero Beach but unfortunately just two years later we had to sell to relocate for work. Ron handled all of our transactions with great professionalism and added his personal touches throughout. The sale of our home when fast and very smoothly. The first person that saw it bought it. We had three showings and Ron delivered two offers!! He even attended our expedited closing while he was on vacation. He always goes above and beyond! Buying or selling, Ron is your guy!

I highly recommend Ron to anyone buying or selling a home! He exceeded my expectations and got my house sold with as little stress as possible. He was always kind, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. He’s the perfect combination of a data-driven professional and an emotionally intelligent human being. I’m so grateful I chose him as my realtor!

Ron and his team are Top Notch. He was responsive, thorough, and on top of every detail. We appreciated all his efforts and could not be happier with our experience with him.

Ron Toperzer was a great realtor to work with. He was especially helpful on the back end of the sale, making sure everything stayed on track and that no details were overlooked. Ron took the time to show us a variety of neighborhoods so we could really get a feel for the area, which made us much more confident in our decision. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always available when questions came up. We truly appreciated his guidance and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Ron was a genuine pleasure to work with in every way! He found us a home that checked all of our boxes and negotiated the deal with the utmost professionalism. He was available at all times of the day or evening for any question, large or small. His warm personality and great sense of humor were an added bonus and made the entire process a wonderful experience.

Ron has been a wonderful agent and I would definitely work with him again. He was very knowledgeable about the Vero market and extremely patient with me as he took me from home to home over 3 months. He was always available for calls or texts and kept reassuring me throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Ron Toperzer… What can I say, the guy is good! We’re from out of the market and are moving to the Vero Beach area. We wanted to build as our needs are rather particular. After meeting with Ron on one of our fact-finding trips, we knew we were in good hands. His client communication skills are more than prompt. As we are a couple thousand miles away, (not from California) we really relied on Ron to be our eyes and ears on the ground. He went out of the way to calm any worries we might have had…up to and including getting his loafers dirty walking properties for us with his camara in hand. Knowing virtually nothing about the area he not only found our property…he also found us a great builder to work with. Closing on the property was seamless and now we’re on our way to the build. We can’t thank him enough for helping us get this new adventure in life underway. I hope he likes Italian food…my wife’s a wonderful cook and undoubtedly, he’ll be one of our first guests over for dinner.

My husband and I would highly recommend Ron as an agent. He was very professional, helpful, and quick to respond. We were extremely fortunate to have been able to work with him and would work with him again.

The ultimate professional. Working with Ron was a pleasure. Highly recommend.
