Ron Toperzer… What can I say, the guy is good! We’re from out of the market and are moving to the Vero Beach area. We wanted to build as our needs are rather particular. After meeting with Ron on one of our fact-finding trips, we knew we were in good hands. His client communication skills are more than prompt. As we are a couple thousand miles away, (not from California) we really relied on Ron to be our eyes and ears on the ground. He went out of the way to calm any worries we might have had…up to and including getting his loafers dirty walking properties for us with his camara in hand. Knowing virtually nothing about the area he not only found our property…he also found us a great builder to work with. Closing on the property was seamless and now we’re on our way to the build. We can’t thank him enough for helping us get this new adventure in life underway. I hope he likes Italian food…my wife’s a wonderful cook and undoubtedly, he’ll be one of our first guests over for dinner.

My firm was handling an estate and needed the residence sold. Whenever you’re dealing with an estate and beneficiaries you have fiduciary duties which makes having the right realtor important. Ron came by the house for initial review and quickly put together a thorough comparable sales analysis producing a recommended value and sales price. Ron worked with us as we moved though the court process and eventually listed the home for sale. The pictures and description of the residence were professional.Ron conducted open houses and met with realtors and prospective buyers. It did not take long to have an extensive list of offers, however, many were predicated upon an offer price with an escalation. Ron was able to advise us accurately which offers we should prioritize and how to cut to the bottom line quickly. The process then went smoothly through offer, counteroffer, acceptance and closing.Ron recommended a few improvements that would require a little effort but would pay off in the listing process, such as pressure cleaning the back pool deck. Because we were dealing with an Estate and pressure cleaning companies were booked six weeks out, Ron loaned his own pressure cleaner to get the job done. That is what you want in a realtor: someone invested in the entire process and not there simply to get you to execute a listing agreement.I highly recommend Ron Toperzer for your professional real estate needs.
