She did her utmost to turn our two weeks family vacation - which was originally standing under the least favorable pre-conditions - into an unforgettable one. Actually, our vacation was bound to be a disaster. Let me explain… Various providers were offering a beautiful apartment in South Beach, Florida. My wife, our 11 months old daughter & my brother’s family were looking forward to our upcoming vacation in January 2012. One week before our intended travel date the lessor disappeared. We were not able to establish any contact to the person pretending to rent the apartment to us. Later on we found out that we have been the victims of a fraud. So, I started to search the net for a solution and found Robyn promoting apartments in the very same building. She was very supportive from the very beginning. At first it was not our aim to rent anything through Robyn, we just desperately needed someone to help, some information about our apartment just some idea what was going on. Within two days, various phone calls and emails later Robyn had found out that we definitely have been victims of a fraud and the apartment did not even exist. I found Robyn Tauber through an open house I attended and phoned her shortly thereafter while researching potential Realtors. She landed the interview and was contracted to list my home a few weeks later. She has been an absolute Gem of an Agent to work with. Knowledgeable about the location and market prices, personable, honest, courteous, helpful with the paperwork, helpful in other ways if necessary, and one of the most important aspects is advising if a deal is good or bad. Robyn is and did all of these things. I was very impressed with how smooth the sale of my home went and how Robyn always informed me immediately about everything. She was always in contact with the buyer's agent and any other party to the sale to make sure the paperwork was done, and done properly and timely - a very important aspect of any sale.
