After registering on his site I was immediately matched with the exact kind of properties I was interested in. I loved the fact that Rick never pressured me and didn't come off as a salesman --- I've dealt with agents like that before and it was refreshing to not encounter that again. His knowledge of the various areas I was interested in really helped me make my final decision. I can't say enough great things about his customer service, professionalism, and real estate knowledge. 5 stars!

We had an opportunity to work with Rick and Bannon Group on two occasions. He found a place for us to buy for our granddaughter that was attending Nova University. We also used Rick when we we sold that property. Needless to say both of these experience were fantastic. If he had not guided us through the buying of the property, I am not sure we could have made it on our own. He worked closely with our lender to ensure we closed on time. We were in Jacksonville at the time and he was our hands and feet in Broward County. I would highly recommend Rick and his group for any real estate situations. Rick's professionalism and character was what attracted us to him and his group. You will not be sorry for any dealings with Rick Bannon.

Searching for my new home with Rick was an absolute pleasure. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and that is exactly what he found for me. As an immigrant and first time home buyer I was very nervous about the process of looking for a house to buy. Rick helped explain every step of the way and answered every question I asked of him. He lined up showings very quickly for my husband and I to go visit. Every time I found a listing online, Rick was on the ball about getting us in as soon as possible.
