Over the years, Rachel has spent extensive time in Vero Beach, developing a deep understanding of its neighborhoods, market dynamics, and the unique qualities that make it one of Florida’s most desirable places to live. Before transitioning into real estate, Rachel spent the first decade of her business career as a Fixed Income Bond Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co. and in equity research at Kidder Peabody & Co. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University and a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut and is also a Certified Life Coach.
Rachel brings together strong analytical skills, a commitment to transparency, and a thoughtful, client-centered approach. For more than 25 years, she has collaborated with her husband, Chris, on a number of acclaimed historic restoration and adaptive reuse projects, including non-profit initiatives as co-founders of the Greenwich Point Conservancy and various successful for-profit developments. Her ability to honor the character of a property while envisioning its modern potential continues to inform her work with clients today.
Deeply engaged in her community, Rachel has served on numerous non-profit boards and organizations over the years. She remains committed to service, connection, and enhancing the communities she is part of—values she brings wholeheartedly to her real estate practice in Vero Beach.
