Patricia began her real estate career in 1987 when her daughter Ryan was just 9 yrs old. Therefore, having grown up with expansive real estate exposure, it was a natural progression for Ryan to join her mother & bring a youthful dimension & viewpoint to the team. Known for their marketing strategies, skillful negotiations, & problem solving abilities, they are well respected by their clients as well as their peers because of their work ethic & outstanding level of professionalism. They are both animal enthusiasts with dogs, cats & horses of their own. Patricia is a classically trained ballet dancer. As a former reporter, I am never at a loss for words. I would describe the dynamic Mother/ Daughter duo as extremely knowledgeable, witty, fit, professional, fun, caring, honest, super intelligent and kind. They never met a deadline they didn’t like. How many Realtors® do you know who will take time to call a client that they will be 10 minutes late so you aren’t cooling your heals in the office? Now, that is super considerate and how the pair conducts business daily. They will definitely go to bat for you. Finally, they have big hearts for their clients, dogs, horses and cats. I always prefer to do business with fellow animal lovers. Thank you, Ryan and Patricia, for treating me with respect and caring.
