Nicole Di Leo is a luxury real estate expert of the Opulent Group, a part of the development division of One Sotheby’s International Realty. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale she now works with the residents of the Fort Lauderdale and Broward County markets; markets she knows like her own backyard. Nicole also represents exclusive listings in five-star hospitality developments in the Caribbean such as Rosewood Baha Mar in Nassau and Solterre in St. Kitts. A Fort Lauderdale native, who graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Business Administration and has integrated her degree to further enhance her performance as a top producer in real estate and is passionate about sharing this education with those she serves. Fluent in Italian and an annual visitor to Italy as that is where her father is from, Nicole has an international presence that makes her an integral part of ONE Sotheby’s as the only true international real estate brokerage.  She also enjoys a leading position in managing an influx of international buyers in new construction throughout the South Florida and Caribbean markets. Nicole’s mission is to help her clients find their dream home and make their best financial real estate investments
