Working with Nikki was a wonderful experience. She had great knowledge of the area where we were interested in living (Imperial Point). She met us promptly on a Saturday morning and had a variety of homes around our price range for us to see that day. Nikki had done her homework and sent over info on many of the properties so we were able to review in advance. It only took us this one day of visiting properties with Nikki to find our perfect home! However, it was really after we found our perfect home where Nikki truly shined as a great Realtor. She was convinced that the property we wanted to buy would be quite popular and encouraged us to act as quickly as possible. With her help, we were able to put together all the necessary paperwork over the rest of the weekend and solidify our offer (she was working hard for us on her Saturday night)! As it turned out, the property was popular and we found ourselves going up against another buyer. Being as well connected as Nikki is, she happened to be friends of friends of the sellers and was able to put in a good word for us to increase our chances of getting the home. It worked our perfectly and she helped a great deal with us through closing as we were out of the country for a full week before our close date. Nikki was great to work with and very on top of everything throughout our home purchase. I'm convinced if it wasn't for her, it would have been unlikely for us to be in our current home. We are very happy and grateful to have worked with Nikki! She will be the first person we turn to if we decided to look for a new home down the road.

Nikki served as my agent during the process of locating and buying my home.
