For nearly 40 years, Michael Sawdai has built a career spanning every facet of Florida's residential real estate industry—from executive leadership with nationally recognized homebuilders to luxury custom homebuilding, brokerage, marketing, and sales. Today, he brings that experience to help buyers and sellers navigate every stage of the real estate process with confidence.

Mike's executive career includes leadership positions with nationally recognized homebuilders Lennar Homes and WCI Communities, as well as regional builder SeaGate Homes. He later served as Vice President for Bellagio Custom Homes while also serving as Broker for Bellagio Luxury Properties, overseeing the sales and design of nearly 100 custom luxury homes. Throughout his career, Mike has overseen the sales, marketing, negotiation, and construction of thousands of homes, providing clients with an uncommon depth of industry knowledge and experience.

Today, Mike combines his experience as a Florida Real Estate Broker with ONE Sotheby's International Realty and as a principal of US Signature Homes, providing clients with a unique perspective on both luxury resale and new construction. Having led large sales and marketing organizations and negotiated thousands of real estate transactions, he offers expert guidance in strategic pricing, marketing, negotiation, new construction, and resale properties. His continued involvement in homebuilding also gives clients valuable insight into construction quality, design, and long-term value—expertise that extends well beyond the traditional real estate transaction.

Mike is proud to be a member of the SZL Team at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, working alongside his wife, Johanna, and partner, Kory Lostaglio, to serve clients throughout Northeast and Central Florida. The Sawdais have called Palm Coast home for more than 20 years and are active members of the Ocean Hammock community. Outside of real estate, Mike enjoys golf, pickleball, fitness, and spending time with his family.
