Above all expectations. . Very efficient and go beyond and above her job. I m a foreign resident so she had to take care of a lot of things that usually the new owner would do and not the realtor agent Whatever questions were asked, we were getting responses Quickly. I cannot recommend this professional lady highly enough. She helped with a property that we were trying to see the listing of which had several errors in it, -- including errors in the address which made it impossible to find on the map! -- and when the listing agents were impossible to contact, she discovered what the error was, and within hours had a showing set up for the property. She remained calm in the midst of me being very upset, she talked me down, she focused always on the task at hand, and she has now won my respect, trust and my appreciation for her being so patient, compassionate, understanding, professional, and personable. We are going to work with her through the whole home buying process. She's really great.
