He is results-focused and service-oriented. Since 2006 Mark has closed 148 sales worth $390.8 million, with solid experience in the area’s most sought-after buildings, among them Murano Grande, The Continuum, ICON South Beach, Portofino Tower, St. Regis Bal Harbour, 1 Hotel & Homes and Surf Club Four Seasons. Most recently he sold a residence at Continuum South Tower for $11.15 million. Over his career he has brokered over $4 billion in South Florida real estate.

Originally from Montreal, he speaks English and French.

My wife and I found Mark in 2020 during the height of the pandemic..he helped us secure rentals in Miami Beach as we sought refuge from the Covid thing...then he helped us find a condo for purchase. . .all of these transactions were managed by Mark with skill, efficiency and transparency. Mark seems to know every other realtor in South Florida...he works well with diverse players...and as another realtor said to us near the close of a deal, "everyone wants to do a deal with Mark Zilbert"--we understand this sentiment after working with him.
