Prior to this Maria had a retail and marketing business that extended to many countries in South America, Central America, Mexico and Spain, where she developed her skills as a motivator, educator, and negotiator. She is highly travelled, interested in people, and has interacted with many cultures. “Many times I have met people in my travels that later became my clients. I have derived great pleasure in helping them acquire a home or second property in the area that I call home.” Maria is a long time resident of Coral Gables and has specialized in the Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Gables Estates and Pinecrest neighborhoods. Another niche market for Maria is Casa de Campo, a luxury resort and famous golf destination in the Dominican Republic. Maria has developed a close working relationship with the Sotheby’s franchise in Casa de Campo and due to her extensive knowledge and love of the area, has sold multiple homes there.
