Before transitioning into real estate, Lucia spent 15 years in investment banking and private equity, where she worked primarily on middle-market leveraged buyouts. Born in Nicaragua and having lived in Key Biscayne, Mexico, and New York, Lucia is fluent in both Spanish and English. She holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
