Lovena was an absolute joy & pleasure to work with!!! She was always so responsive, dependable, and we always knew that Lovena was acting on our side of the table. We moved from out of state and never saw our apartment, and we knew we trusted Lovena from the start. She has deep market knowledge and offered very thoughtful feedback on every building we referenced in our desired neighborhood. She has great connectivity with landlords and building management and was always willing to make calls or trips to the properties on our behalf. When our first lease did not work out as expected, Lovena quickly jumped into action and provided us with several alternatives and facilitated a seamless second signing, accomodating our urgent timeline. She gave us the comfort to not have to come to Miami to visit the apartments because whenever we reached out we knew that Lovena would respond shortly with an extremely thorough response. She was also such a pleasure to talk to and made the entire process extremely enjoyable. We couldn't have secured our dream apartment without Lovena!
