Lori Suarez has been in real estate since 2005 and is the Founder and Principal of The Curated Collection Group, her Fort Lauderdale–based team at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Her team has been consistently recognized for setting sales records across South Florida. With more than 25 years of combined team experience and hundreds of closed transactions, Lori and her team specialize in working with developers and pre-construction homes, as well as residential, commercial, and relocation clients throughout Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach, and the Bahamas. They support developers, investors, and end users through every phase of the development and sales process, providing market insight, strategic positioning, and hands-on guidance from early planning through delivery. Lori’s background as the Owner of Venice Magazine, a Fort Lauderdale–based lifestyle and travel publication, led her to extensive global travel and deep exposure to international markets.
