A native of northeast Pennsylvania, I relocated to St. Augustine with my husband Joe and our sons in 2005.  I consider my move to St. Augustine the best move ever.  The beauty and serenity combined with the quality of life and the rich history make it a great place to relocate.  There is an added benefit in that I no longer have to deal with ice and/or snow!!

I acquired much of my experience with customer service and juggling multiple responsibilities when Joe and I opened and managed a restaurant in Pennsylvania and I use these same skills to assist my customers throughout their real estate transactions.

My extensive background helps me to connect with all of my customers on a personal level, and allows me to better serve their unique needs. I believe that client satisfaction is achieved through hard work, dedication and being an excellent resource for area and market knowledge. 

When representing a buyer, I will introduce you to the area, listen to your needs, wants, likes and dislikes, provide you with housing options and give you the resources needed in order for you to make educated decisions during the transaction. 

For sellers, I make the selling process as profitable and stress-free as possible by customizing a plan to merchandise your home with maximum exposure while guiding the seller through each step of the transaction and providing top-notch negotiation expertise. 

I was Rookie of the Year in 2012 for Deltona Realty and top lister and top producer for the company in 2013.  In 2014, I was honored as Deltona Realty's top lister and top producer once again.  In 2015 I was named top lister for the company. 

A mother of three, I enjoy spending time with my family, rooting for the Jacksonville Jaguars or watching the Philadelphia Eagles on television, eating Philly cheese steak sandwiches on game days, and visiting Northeast Florida's beautiful beaches.
