Livia has all the knowledge and expertise to help with any real estate deal. She is prompt and clear in her communication and looks for solutions and ways to make buying real estate painless. If there is something she can do for you, she will. I am an out of state buyer and so there were many things I had to ask her to do for me (i.e., meet inspectors at the property, meet an electrician at the property, set up a lockbox for me after closing, etc) and she was happy to do so. This is my second real estate purchase with Livia and I will use her every time.
