I highly recommend Lisa Miller at One Sotheby's as well as her teammate, Jamie Schwartz. Lisa is tremendously experienced, patient, professional and dedicated. She fielded all of our phone calls, emails and text messages calmly and with encouragement, no matter how many times we asked the same questions. We inherited a condo in the midst of an extremely difficult and challenging condo sales market. Lisa and the buyer's agent formed a professional relationship based on trust, so we all became a team along with the title company and the attorneys to the parties. We have bought and sold other real estate in Florida and other states and have never had the feeling before of being members of a solid, cooperative team during similar transactions. Thanks to Lisa's team leadership, the deal closed quicker than we thought humanly possible, with all seemingly insurmountable issues and challenges solved.
