Leslie Cutajar, with ONE Sotheby's International Realty, achieved over $52 million in sales in 2024, earning her the #1 agent ranking for the ONE office on Amelia Island, Nassau County. Originally from the small town of Thomaston, GA, Leslie moved to Amelia Island in 1999 after graduating from the University of Georgia in Athens with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Advertising. While at UGA, she was actively involved in Alpha Delta Pi sorority. After a few years in Atlanta, the desire for small-town life and a love for the beach and community drew her to Amelia Island.
From an early age, Leslie nurtured a passion for design and architecture, spending hours drawing homes and arranging furniture as a child. Witnessing the growth and development around Amelia Island reignited this passion and led her to pursue a career in real estate. She began by selling large parcels of land outside of Nassau County, where her ability to envision ideal homesites proved invaluable. Following the completion of that development, Leslie transitioned to island sales while also working in property management.
Leslie, along with her husband Joe Cutajar, also with ONE Sotheby's, raise a blended family of five. Their children live across the country from Hawaii, Boulder, South Carolina to Georgetown. In her leisure time, Leslie enjoys exercising, Mah Jong, traveling, and searching for shark's teeth along the shoreline.
