Kimiko sold our single family home for above asking price within 2 weeks after listing and after only one open house. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of selling (or renting) properties including taking very professional looking photographs for online listings, generating top notch brochures, staging the home to maximize appeal and interacting with prospective buyers.
