In 2014, Kim was one of the select agents involved with launching ONE Sotheby's Sports and Entertainment Division, the first South Florida luxury brokerage to establish a specific division focusing on professional athletes, public figures and celebrities. Each year she assists numerous athletes in real estate transactions nationwide. Growing up in Cleveland, OH, the seasons revolved around sports and Kim attended games with her family her whole life.
