She is a graduate of Vero Beach High School and went on to attend Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where she earned a degree in Communications while competing as a Division I lacrosse athlete. During her time at Furman, Kaylee played a key role in advancing the university’s sports broadcasting initiatives, including ESPN opportunities, gaining early experience in brand positioning, storytelling, and high-level communication. Following graduation, she spent nearly four years in Greenville working in digital advertising as a Paid Media Manager, advising clients through data-driven strategy, analytics, and results-focused campaigns. Now returned to her hometown of Vero Beach, Kaylee brings a sophisticated, marketing-first approach to real estate.
