Katharina is fantastic to work with! We have used her help for multiple rental properties. She is super punctual and organized, and doesn't waste your time. She listened to what we wanted, and never pushed us to commit if a property wasn't a good fit. She was very detail oriented with paperwork and walkthroughs, and picked up on many things we didn't notice. She is also a lovely person in general, and even sent us a gift when our baby was born, like a family member would. We cannot recommend her enough.
