I give 5 stars on all the above, but failed to rate if "fun to be around?"I give10 stars!! Wonderful human being. Great fun to be around! I first met Kate in 2001 when she was teaching yoga. Very excellent Yoga teacher...very excellent real estate agent..just feels good to be around her!

When you want your property sold quickly and for top market value, you must call Kate Mitchell. She is not only an expert at what she does, but she brings a bright, positive, attitude to the table. When Kate handled my last transaction, she came prepared with the most recent comps, talked it through with me until all my questions were answered and then hit the ground running to get my property under contract in under two weeks! Kate helped us find a house when we decided to buy. She found us the absolute perfect house and she took care of everything including arranging inspections, scheduling repairs, and arranging insurance. After we moved into the house, she continued to help by recommending painters, plumbers, and flooring specialists. She became a friend, and remains available to answer any questions we have about our mortgage etc. She is the absolute best!
