Juliana Marino

Selling our Vero Beach home from out of state prove frustrating with our previous agent. When we found Juliana it was a 180° turn because she jumped in and took full ownership of the process and took the worry off of me. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an agent who is serious about selling your home and is a great negotiator. Let me add.. we got FULL ASKING PRICE. Thank you Juliana! Shannon Smith

We had an incredible experience working with Juliana! Buying a house from another state can be stressful, but she made the entire process so easy. She truly listened to what we were looking for, went above and beyond, and handled all the virtual tours for us. She was always available, helpful, and made us feel supported from start to finish. I highly recommend Juliana — she is an amazing realtor! And she is bilingual!!

Juliana was outstanding during the whole process! From the creation of the listing to closing, she was communicating and keeping us updated all the time. She even decorated the place, so the appearance improved for the photographs. We can really recommend her, and btw we also bought our new home through her as well. She's always kind and friendly and never rushed, she takes time to listen to your needs, understands immediately what is important to you. But most importantly..she is very good at what she's doing. When things did not move as expected, she came up with a new approach quickly. Even our condo was not a million-dollar listing, she never made us feel less important! Thank you Juliana ! We are so happy we had Juliana working with us for our life changing move. She patiently helped us sell our home of 22 years so we could downsize to a small home on the river in Sebastian! She definitely had our best interest at heart and able to organize a smooth closing!

Selling a home is certainly not a simple process. It takes lots of communication. Having capable realtors working with and for you is a must. My wife and I were fortunate in having Juliana Marino of Sotheby's International as our co realtor. Juliana dealt professionally and in a friendly manner with potential buyers and with us. She paid attention to details. What we especially appreciated is that she promptly got in touch with us with all news, questions, concerns and answers. The sale was handled in a relatively short period of time with an easy closing. Again Juliana followed through on all details .

Juliana is the best realtor that I've used. I used her services to buy my home where I now live, and also to sell an investment property. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers understand the process, and she's very knowledgeable of her field. Additionally, the fact that she treats her customers like family is a huge plus. 5 stars! Recommend!

Very loyal and supportive Juliana was very helpful in negotiating and finalizing our new house contract through some difficult circumstances. We had some delays and she was able to work with the property owners to keep our purchase valid. She kept in touch and made sure we had all necessary documents to complete the purchase. I would highly recommend Juliana to anyone looking to purchase a home in Vero Beach. Review submitted by Camille & Gerry Smilen (Buyer) on 12 Jul 2023
