Amazing agent. I was living in North Carolina and Julia Poliadis offered to conduct my home search via a live streaming service which saved me money, time & stress from traveling to Florida to search for a rental home. I have to say I hadn't had great experiences with realtors in the past, but Julia is a whole other level. Tireless, diligent and professional... I worked with her to find a rental and then my second home where I now live in downtown. We looked at 20+ homes, and she handled all of the arrangements. Never a hint of impatience even though I was a little nervous about making the right choice. A good listener and a wonderful person. I cannot recommend her more highly.
