Juan Carlos Zapata

Juan was great! He helped us locate and purchase our new home and provided excellent service along the way. We had our minds pretty set on what we were looking for, but he was able to help us open up our minds to more options. We actually ended up purchasing something very different than we originally set out for, and we couldn't be happier! Juan made our home buying experience enjoyable and he was very organized along the way. We would recommend Juan with 100% confidence. Gabriel & Rebecca Rodriguez

I had the good fortune to list my house with Juan Carlos in August, 2017 after it was with another brokerage house for over ten months. I came to him as an extremely discouraged and concerned client. Working with him changed my perspective on selling the house and what I was looking to buy. In the three months that he had the house listed, a major hurricane hit but it never stopped Juan from securing a contract. What and where I thought what I was looking to buy, turned out not to be the case, and I ended up with something that suits me perfectly because he really listened to me and though about me. His effervescent personality, diligence, hard work, and organization each step along the way streamlined the whole process. More than anything, his unwavering caring, kindness and thoughtfulness, forged a friendship that surpasses that of any business deal.

Dear Juan I do not have words to describe how happy my wife and me are with the way you conduct the entire process of selling my house and even more amazed with how fast the selling was. When I mention it to my friends they do not believe me . The price negotiation and the guidance during the process was exceptional, we got a good price for the house and after we received the offer, it took less than 2 weeks to have the house sold. ASTONISHING! Juan, thank you so much for everything, you conducted the entire process as a symphony! We could not be happier! You can use me as a reference if you need any testimony and I will definitely refer you to anyone doing real-estate business in the Miami area. Thank you very much again and God Bless you!

Juan Carlos did what he said he’d do, closed on time, and I refer him to friends. Excelente job!

Our family had a great experience with the sale of our home. Juan Carlos is very professional. We felt very well with how he managed the entire selling process, from listing to closing. We sold the property quickly thanks to Juan Carlos's great market experience. Also, he became our go to realtor for any purchases or sales we will make. We highly recommend him.
