We were looking to move into FL from the other side of the country and connected with Juan over the internet. From day one, he was very warm, thorough, responsive and patient while helping with finding the best home for our need. Even when I visited the area good 6 months before our potential move with the intention of just exploring, he showed me good range of houses with great planning. When we came down as a family close to our move date, he co-ordinated all the showings really well over the 2-3 days we had to make the best use of the time. He even connected with agents to show us some houses that were not on the listing yet since we were not able to zero down on one from what we had seen. With his knowledge of the local market, he helped negotiate the price to the fair market value. During the contract, he ran the process really well and made it very easy for us even when we were a few thousands miles away. During the closing and the move, he almost went out of his way to ensure that our family was comfortable during this cross-country move.
