I highly recommend Jonathan. I called him based on a personal referral. I was living in California and saw a house on MLS that I wanted to make an offer on, sight unseen. Jonathan went to see the house and Face-timed me to show it. I made the offer the same day and we closed with no issues. He was there for the inspections since I was out of state. His admin service handled all of the back-and-forth tasks of closing coordination. It was very convenient. He is professional, cheerful, and caring. He also made great recommendations for places to try when I moved to Vero. His service was personal, caring, competent, and efficient.
