Jonathan Arsenault enjoys working with people to achieve their real estate goals. Jonathan was born in Hartford, CT and has lived in Vero Beach since 1986. He graduated from Vero Beach High School and attended College at Palm Beach Atlantic University majoring in Pre-Law. He is now married with two young boys and practices his passion: real estate. Jonathan has been in the sales field for over 15 years and he and his family have been involved in buying, selling, building, and developing real estate in Vero Beach for over 30 years. He started and ran a successful automobile dealership in Melbourne, FL where he gained expert negotiating and closing skills. Jonathan then sold the company to join his family in real estate. His knowledge of Vero Beach spans from multi-million dollar homes on the beach to homes in the many inland communities in Vero. Jonathan takes a hands-on approach to real estate and values long term relationships with his clients. He believes that real estate transactions should be handled with care by talking and meeting with his clients in person and on the phone, which has earned him the title of top producer.
