John launched his career in New Jersey with the esteemed Diane Turton Realtors, specializing in high-end waterfront homes throughout Monmouth County. With a second family home on Singer Island—and recognizing the demand from Northeast buyers—he earned his Florida real estate license in 2004 and was awarded Rookie of the Year for his outstanding performance.
John later expanded his expertise in new-construction sales as a New Home Consultant for Groundstone Inc., the 2015 top residential developer of the award-winning Bay Colony community in Juno Beach. He also represented luxury properties onsite at the prestigious BallenIsles Golf & Tennis Club. His background in both resale and new-development environments gives his clients a well-rounded perspective and a strategic advantage in today’s market.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail, strong market knowledge, and punctual, transparent communication, John has built a thriving referral-based business grounded in trust and long-term relationships. He is committed to guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
Before entering real estate full-time, John spent 26 summers serving the public as an Ocean Rescue Lifeguard Captain, Training Officer, and Coach in Belmar, New Jersey—experience that shaped his leadership, discipline, and calm under pressure. He is a member of the Monmouth County National Team and is a 15 time USLA National Champion.Outside of work, he enjoys teaching rowing, competing in triathlons, and supporting nonprofit causes, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the American Cancer Society. He also loves traveling with his wife Sheri, and their two poodles Jensen and Jasper.
