We carefully chose Jill as the listing agent for our oceanfront condo after interviewing several other agents in the area. In a hot sellers market with little inventory she was the only agent who did not try to persuade us to list at a lower price than we wanted to make a quick sale for herself. Within 3 days we had 3 showings and 2 offers. Thank God we picked Jill for our agent because the buyers were quite demanding throughout the entire process and Jill very patiently muddled thru the entire process for us.
