Jennifer’s connection to real estate began long before she entered the profession. Growing up in Youngstown, Ohio, she was immersed in an entrepreneurial family where real estate ownership was an integral part of business. Her father built a successful portfolio that included 26 golf stores and the commercial properties associated with them, giving Jennifer an early appreciation for the value of property ownership, investment, and long-term wealth creation.

After earning her degree in Journalism with a minor in Business from Arizona State University, Jennifer began her career in luxury advertising and media in South Florida. Working with a Condé Nast representative firm, she represented some of the world’s most influential publications, including Vogue, Condé Nast Traveler, SELF, and Bon Appétit.

She later entered the rarefied world of superyachts with ShowBoats International, representing leading luxury brands throughout North America. Eight successful years in high-end advertising and sales gave Jennifer an invaluable understanding of affluent consumers, luxury branding, sophisticated negotiation, and the importance of presenting exceptional assets to the right audience.

That experience became the foundation for her career in luxury real estate.
