Jennifer was born in Gainesville, FL and went to college at the University of Florida where she earned an undergraduate degree in English and a Master's of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning. Jennifer was born in Gainesville, FL and went to college at the University of Florida where she earned an undergraduate degree in English and a Master's of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning. Upon graduation Jennifer worked with the developers of Haile Plantation, a 2,000 acre mixed used development in Gainesville, FL. She coordinated all the marketing for the community, developed and maintained Realtor and contractor relationships and oversaw the administration of the Architectural Review Board. At the conclusion of Haile Plantation in 2005, Jennifer and her husband, Bob, moved to Ponte Vedra Beach. For 8 years Jennifer served in various leadership positions in her neighborhood. Most notably she led the team that created the community's Marketing Department over a period of several years. Subsequently, she served on the Board of Directors. In her role as Director, from 2013-2015 she played an active role in four key initiatives, the largest of which was the development and community approval of a comprehensive Facilities Improvement Plan. Upon completion of her Board term, Jennifer returned to real estate marketing, this time in general real estate sales. Her familiarity with Ponte Vedra and her experience in marketing real estate overall provided a solid foundation upon which to build a real estate sales career. Jennifer began working with First Coast Sotheby's International Realty in 2017 as a sales associate with the Moorman Group. In 2018 she began leadership training, acquired her Broker's license and from 2019 through 2022 she oversaw FCSIR's recruiting and agent training as well as the implementation of several new operational systems. Since joining ONE SIR Jennifer returned to working in residential sales. Jennifer enjoys spending her leisure time with her family. She and her husband are often found walking the beach in search of shark's teeth and sea glass, running together, playing 9 holes of golf, or cooking/grilling outdoors. UF athletics keep them connected to their hometown with frequent visits to Gator sporting events.
