Jennifer Brilliant

Jennifer is not your average real estate agent. She is the exception! she has great attention to detail, a wealth of knowledge, available, extremely easy to deal with and responsive. I have various investment properties and always continue to look for more. I would not ever deal with any other agent. I have found one that can handle of of my needs.

Jen is a fantastic realtor in every regard. We used her to buy our house and then sell it several years later and she was amazing both times. She lives in the area and knows the ins and outs of the community, as well as the details of all the properties we were looking at. She was also able to provide us with fantastic advice when it came to the buying and selling of our house that enabled us to get our dream house at a great price, and then sell it for above listing price in just a week. Not only that but she's a pleasure to work with and someone you would be happy to spend your day with looking around at houses. We could not recommend her more highly!

I would highly recommend Jennifer as a Real Estate agent. I found her to be very professional, easy to work with and a tremendous support in the process. She knows Surfside and Miami Beach very well. She is very connected to the neighborhood and can find you help with any angle that may need to be completed in the home selling process. I felt as if I was her only client, as she stayed in touch during the selling of my home and always found time to listen to my concerns.

We were so fortunate to have Jen by our side when we were selling our house in Surfside. She provided us with great advise and assistance at every phase of the process. It started with helping us assess what work needed to be done with the house and preparing a listing that brought people to the house in droves. Because of her we wound up with new offers nearly every day for a week and she handled the negotiations perfectly getting us more for the house than we could have ever expected. You want her by your side, whether you are buying or selling in Surfside.

Jennifer has assisted me on all my real estate deals in the past five years including purchasing my residence and investment properties, and I can honestly say she is the best realtor I have ever worked with! She is tremendously knowledgeable of the market, honest and dependable. She has an entire network of professionals at her disposal including mortgage brokers if you are new to the area. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to buy a home or if you are building a real estate portfolio!
