Working with Janyne was a pleasure. My husband and I trusted her from our first meeting. I was responsible for selling my aunt’s home in Vero and was out of my comfort zone. Last week my husband and I closed on a beautiful beach house in Vero Beach. I cannot say enough what an amazing experience we had working with Janyne Kenworthy, our realtor from One Sotheby’s. Being from out of state, Janyne gave us a tour of the island and helped us to see various gated and non gated communities. This really helped us to make a decision about which area we liked best and what type of house we were looking for. Janyne also was able to show us houses through FaceTime and video tours as soon as they came on since we live out of state. Once we found the house we loved, Janyne was able to negotiate well for us and get the deal done despite multiple bidders on the house. Janyne went above and beyond for us throughout this entire process and was there for us every step of the way, from helping us get insurance for our home, to making sure utilities were on when we arrived, to recommending trustworthy contractors to help us make the house our own. Janyne is a true professional that is an expert in her field. We absolutely loved working with her and are so grateful to her for helping us find our perfect home.
