Jack has an extensive background in both real estate and information technology (IT). Jack was brought up in a real estate family. Both Jack's parents were real estate professionals. His father was the founder of a large real estate brokerage as well as the president of a Kansas City Real Estate Board. Jack obtained his first real estate license when he was only twenty years old. Jack also began his career in the information technology industry in his twenties. During his career in the computer industry he held titles such as Vice President of Sales and Managing Director of Europe for two of the industry's leading multi-national corporations. For the past twenty years, Jack and his wife, Glynda Brinson Gausnell, have lived in The Netherlands, England, Aspen, and Ponte Vedra Beach in that order. During the latter fifteen years, Jack and Glynda shared their time between Aspen and Ponte Vedra Beach. During this time period, Jack owned a real estate company in Colorado and focused his efforts on selling in the Aspen/Snowmass luxury real estate markets. In April of this year, Jack and Glynda sold their home in Colorado and became full time Florida residents in Sawgrass where they have resided off and on for the past twenty years. Jack is excited about joining First Coast SIR to now focus his attention on the Ponte Vedra Beach/Sawgrass markets. Jack has a track record of putting his clients’ interests first. Jack's thirty plus years of experience in sales and marketing management makes him uniquely suited to representing buyers and sellers in a highly professional manner.
