Licensed in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Florida, Holly focuses on luxury coastal real estate, advising clients across some of the most desirable waterfront markets in the Northeast and Florida. Her multi-market presence allows her to seamlessly connect buyers and sellers while offering a broader perspective on relocation, second-home, and investment opportunities.

Holly’s connection to the Palm Beach area is both deeply personal and generational—her grandparents first settled on the island nearly a century ago, where they raised her father, and today her daughter calls Palm Beach home. This enduring family legacy, combined with a lifetime spent connected to the community, provides Holly with an intimate understanding of both its heritage and its evolution. She has personally restored historic homes and recently completed a custom new build. Holly is a graduate of St. Paul’s School and Princeton University. She has lived in London, New York City, and Princeton, NJ, and brings a global perspective to her work. She currently splits her time between New York City and Niantic, CT with her husband, Robert, and their children.
