In my entire 50+ years in construction and development I have rarely come across a realtor like Gretchen. She always said "I will never give up", and boy was that the truth. We had the BEST experience with Gretchen from ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. We were being relocated from Louisiana back to Florida and only had days to select a new house. Gretchen Queen is Phenomenal!! She is a great listener, very persistent, positive and never gives up! She took careful attention to show us what was available online as we were out of state and in person once we arrived. We are so greatful to have worked with her and would recommend her to everyone we know!

We met Gretchen in our rental neighborhood and hit it off instantly. After finding out she was a realitor in the area, we knew we would use her to purchase our home. When I say we had a wild ride (no fault of Gretchen's), we had a wild ride!! We looked and looked texting endlessly all hours of the night for the home that fit our needs. We found "the one!" only for the sellers to get cold feet a few days before closing refusing to go through with the sale. We were mentally exhausted and felt defeated. Gretchen gave us space to think, didn't pressure us at all, supported and let us as buyers determine our next step. We regrouped and found another perfect home with MUCH more to offer. Gretchen negotiated well , had everything lined up, all questions answered, all inspectors in the queue, water test ready, and 100% prepared to make this house ours. We closed in RECORD time - under 3 weeks just in time for Christmas! We hope to never move again, but if we do, we would absolutely use Gretchen again and again.

I have sold quite a few properties over the years and had great agents and Gretchen is as good as any I've used. What makes her so special is she is so wonderfully honest and kind and she makes you feel like a close friend. I would certainly recommend her as a top-notch agent and a fantastic person.
