Gloria Sheridan was just terrific at selling our home. She works tirelessly and knows the properties at Sailfish very well. Her knowledge on how to stage our condo for sale was brilliant. She takes the time to get to know the seller and potential buyers. She is very adept at giving the seller’s excellent feedback on what potential buyers are saying about your property and knows how to price your property for sale. She’s a great Realtor and she was always available to us when we needed to speak with her. You can’t go wrong with Gloria!

Gloria is a consummate professional, and was a joy to work with. Gloria showed us all of the properties we wanted to see, and did so on short notice and was completely forthright regarding the pros and cons of each property. She helped us find a property that was the right fit for us. And when the time came, she helped us craft our initial offer. We contacted Gloria from Virginia in the middle of COVID in 2020. Gloria was very responsive and provided us with a lot of information on properties on the market at SFP. While we got interested in a specific property, Gloria went through a great deal of research to establish a comparison with similar properties on the market at the time and properties recently sold. Gloria was also very instrumental in the negotiations with the seller agent. We came to an agreement relatively quickly and proceeded to closing in a short time thereafter.
