I recently purchased a condo with the expertise and guidance from Gary Sutcliffe and Sotheby Realty. From the start to the closing table I was impressed with his knowledge of the market and what was needed to make my home buying a success.

We would like to share with those who are home buyers, looking for a great experience while buying a home and/or property. My husband and I moved from Vermont to Florida in June 2021. The realty market was at an all time high, to the point where buyers were purchasing homes site unseen. Homes were being sold as quickly as they were listed. We had all of our belongs in storage while staying with our son in Fort Pierce while searching for our home. Our daughter who lived in Vero introduced us to Gary Sutcliffe, and spoke very highly of him, and Sotheby’s Reality. We met with Gary at his office on A1A in Vero Beach. We explained what our needs were such as; style home, price, property, privacy etc. Gary immediately began searching for our perfect dream home. First impression of Gary was his kindness, professionalism, knowledge and concern in getting us into the right home (as if he were buying it for himself). He was consistent and kept us in the loop at all times with current and upcoming listings. He was always prompt when meeting at the property sights, and worked well with the sellers agents. He went the extra mile to do any research needed.We purchased our dream home in Sebastian. Gary contacted the seller the same day the home was listed after we did a walk through, and we had a contract approval with the seller by the end of the day. Not only did Gary get a great purchase price on the house, he was able to negotiate the contents into the deal as well! We closed on our home the end of July. Everything went very smooth from beginning to end, and can’t thank Gary enough! We absolutely love our home and gained a true friend through the process.

Why go with the rest when you can have the best. No… Really. Gary managed every single detail including my anxiety. He arranged for all of my needs to prepare my home for sale through his terrific suppliers. Gary was a wonderful negotiator and priced my home so that I received the highest possible price. I definitely didn’t leave any money on the table. I highly recommend Gary and will definitely work with him again.

Where to start? We purchased and sold a unit with Gary and it was a full 5 stars experience. Without his help we would have not succeed that well.
