A graduate of Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, NJ, Rollins College in Winter Park, Fl and the College of Financial Planning, she continually expands her knowledge for the benefit of her clients in an ever-changing marketplace. She is a Broker Associate and holds several real estate designations in Luxury Home Counsel (LHC), Professional Property Stager (PPS), Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and Internet Technology(E-PRO). Prior to her Real Estate Career she was a Vice President for Chase in New York City, She is a 30+ year business professional. Originally from New York and Northwestern New Jersey, Fredi and her husband, an executive at Morgan Stanley, had visited Vero Beach for more than 20 years. In 2013 they decided to make Vero Beach their permanent home. They truly enjoy the lifestyle, the beaches and all that Vero Beach has to offer. Her daughter works for Merrill Lynch in New York City and her son is a graduate student at Lehigh University. A member of Quail Valley River Club, Fredi enjoys playing tennis, boating and spending time outdoors with her two yellow Labradors Grace & Kellie. She considers herself very lucky to live and sell the Vero Beach lifestyle.
