We hired Eva to sell my parent's house and we live out of state. Not only did Eva do an excellent job marketing, selling, and closing on the house (getting top dollar), she also greatly assisted us in identifying and managing any work we needed to have done getting the house ready to sell. We didn't have to make one trip to Florida to manage the work on house. She did EVERYTHING, and did a very nice job. I could not imagine a better realtor, especially under these circumstances.
