I just want to start by saying what an incredible experience I had working with Bella and Crystal. As a first-time homebuyer, I was inexperienced and extremely selective about the area I wanted to buy in. Bella and Crystal did a phenomenal job managing my ups and downs, as well as my occasional impulsiveness. Throughout the entire process, they remained calm, cool, and collected. They guided me through each step and helped me recognize potential issues in homes that I wouldn’t have known to look for. They took the time to get to know me and truly understood what I was looking for and where. When our offer was accepted, I was overjoyed. As it turned out, we had a challenging closing process with tough negotiations. Without the Rapp Tropeano Group’s amazing patience and professionalism, the deal might have fallen through. Thanks to their dedication, countless calls, and tireless efforts, we ultimately reached an agreement and closed on the home I desperately desired, at a great price in an incredible neighborhood. Crystal and Bella are the best agents in West Palm Beach hands down! It was such a hard market to find a house but they were extremely persistent and never gave up on my search. They were so kind/helpful and gave me such insight into the market and consistently sent me properties. Once we found my dream home they walked me through the whole process... The inspection, appraisal, lending process, insuring the home, all things repair lawn maintenance etc... I STRONGLY recommend using Crystal and Bella.
