First licensed in the state of New York, Cornelia worked in corporate real estate for Fortune 100 firms covering large regions and oversaw leasing, sales, management, acquisitions and development. She is extremely versed in the art of negotiation. In 1999, she became a licensed broker in the state of Florida. Her residential sales include Hammock Beach, Ocean Hammock, Grand Haven and Hammock Dunes single-family homes to oceanfront condominiums.
