When the first house did not work out, she jumped into action to help us with Plan B. The entire process was very smooth. Closing was a piece of cake. Upon my initial meeting with Claudia, I knew she was the agent we wanted to list our home. She is very knowledgeable and very driven. I felt motivated just being around her. She was also willing to take the time to talk with me, for as long as I needed, to clear up questions and concerns, talk about expectations, market tends, etc. I cannot say how many hours she and I spoke throughout the process, but it was for as much time as I needed, I was never rushed. The selling process, though often difficult and inconvenient, was made simple with her. We sat down, discussed small changes that would allow her to show the home better, timing for showings, etc. We did our best to follow her direction knowing that we shared the same end goal. Claudia advertised our property, not only through NMLS, but also independently with other brokers, inviting them to view the property so they would hopefully keep it in mind for clients searching for the perfect home. We negotiated with several potential buyers, and through that process, Claudia was patient with us and never pressured us to take an offer below what we were comfortable with. She knew our goal from the beginning. Her goal was to make sure we were happy sellers, happy with the process, the negotiation, and the end price. In the end, we were all very happy, as we received the price we wanted for our home. Claudia’s service did not end with a signed contract. She was not only with us throughout the closing process (which was a less than 30 day close), she searched for the perfect new home for us, and came through in a pinch. My husband and I have discussed many times how hard Claudia worked for us, how professional she is, and how she is unlike any realtor we have ever met! She is amazing, and we will be recommending her to all! We will definitely use Claudia again in the future. She’s our realtor!!!
