Cindy Frye handled the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one simultaneously and without a hitch. I have never met a realtor that will go so above and beyond for her clients. We were not the easiest to work with, as we had many demands and wanted top dollar for our place. She balanced everything we gave her and represented our interests well. Cindy was a consummate professional throughout our home purchase experience. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process, and she answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood the different stages of the purchase and move. This was particularly challenging since our entire move was long distance from California. Cindy made it seem simple and seamless, while I’m sure behind the scene she was very busy making sure we had the right information and completed the right tasks on time to work toward our close after moving cross country.
