Cindey is ranked in the top 5% of REALTORS® in Northeast Florida and is eager to assist home sellers, buyers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. Cindey has a thorough knowledge of waterfront, golf, and luxury community living within Ponte Vedra Beach and the Greater St. Johns and Jacksonville areas. Whether a buyer is seeking intracoastal, oceanfront, or private gated community living, Cindey understands how to put individuals within reach of the amenities they seek. For sellers, she utilizes a global outreach approach and delivers attentive service to each and every client. Cindey is a U.S. Army veteran. She attended the Defense Information School for Journalism, Photojournalism, and Public Affairs, covering events abroad and throughout the United States. Cindey has lived in, and traveled to, many countries and enjoys the international influx of Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, and the greater Jacksonville area. After serving in the military, Cindey studied English Literature at Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Missouri, and authored a book on U.S. Army history. Over the course of the past 20 years, Cindey has spent her career in sales, public relations, and diverse real estate fields. She has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in building, construction, development, property management, and commercial real estate.
