We would highly recommend Chad Bishop to anyone looking to buy their new home. We already had a real estate agent, but he was not very good in returning our calls which was making us very nervous and frustrated. We found Chad by luck. One day we were driving by to look at a house that was listed on Zillow and I happened to click on a request for info and within few minutes Chad Bishop called us. I was just shocked how fast he responded. He ended up showing us that property the same day. We felt very comfortable with him right away and decided then that he would be our real estate agent to help us find our first house. Chad was wonderful in returning all of our calls and very willing to show us any property we wanted to see and never made us feel like we were bothering him. We were at times very nervous thanks to the fact that we were about to make such a big purchase and choosing our first home, but thanks to Chad’s great personality he made it so much better. So, we started our search at little fixer upper house and thanks to Chad we ended up buying our first dream house with everything we ever wanted and more. We are so grateful for that. It was our second time attempting to buy a house as our initial attempt one year ago was unsuccessful and painful. I was referred to OneSotheby's through a facebook group. I intially talked to Adrian who introduced me to Chad. I think the first thing that made me hopeful was Chad's calm demeanor. Nothing was rushed and we never felt pressured. He always looked out for our best interest and what would make us happy. We looked at 7 houses the first go around and he just knew how to read our faces on whether we liked a house a not. He provided many options and provided a pragmatic and realistic outlook. Who knew that that was just the tip of his awesomeness. Because of his expertise we scored a contract for the first house we made a offer on (it was also the one that we really wanted but held back our enthusiasm in the event that something didnt work out). He made the whole process as painless as possible and provided emotional and expert support when it got stressful with our lender. I cant recall how many times Ive told him that he's amazing. As a resident physician, a wife and a mother of a toddler, I was already strapped for time so Chad made this whole process efficient, clear, concise, focused while making sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful, if he himself doesnt know something, he knew someone that did. He was always just a call away (please dont abuse that, we need more people like him in this world) and still helps us after we bought the house and all the fanfare and signing was over. We were truly blessed to have him as our realtor, surely God saw what we needed and sent the right person along. Im grateful and would absolutely recommend him to any and everyone. Chad Bishop found my dream Condo, and it was well within my budget. There was quite a bit of red tape with the building administration and Chad held my hand from beginning to end, from his follow-up daily to his follow through on his promises. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Chad in the marketing of my parent’s condo. During this emotionally difficult time, not only was Chad sensitive to me and my siblings emotions, but he also took total control in the preparation of the condo. "I've worked with Chad before and will always do so, besides his overall professionalism and expertise Chad has always been able to go outside the box and present multiple options. During the height COVID I reached out to Chad and let him know that I would have about 5 days to come to Florida see properties and hope to make an offer with the intent of relocating within 30 days. After discussing our preferences, Chad sent multiple listings and took his time walking us through them; by the time we arrived in Florida, we came down to around 4 options. By the time we left Florida we'd found the ideal property that checked all the boxes, completed the inspection and were in the application process with a broker to whom he referred us.
