Brooke had an amazing cash contract for me 3 days after my listing went live! She helped me stage my house and even cleaned out my closets and organized them for me. My first contract changed because they were from Canada and COVID19 border problems. No problem for Brooke because at the end of 3 weeks I had two more great cash contracts and she sold my house! I could not have been happier and more pleased with Brooke and what a big relief! While other homes were not showing In Windmill Ranches, my house had about 12 during those 3 weeks.
