In my 71 years on this planet along with many Real Estate purchases over these years, I've likely been involved in close to 12 buy or sell Real Estate transactions. Making my living in outside sales, that has afforded me a quality retirement, I have an eye for quality sales personnel. Binki Kaiser is an exceptional sales person, way beyond what I've experienced in the past, with the sales quality of which I found unexpected. This was ideal for us as we were in the process of selling our current home, 1,000 miles away, and had just enough time to make our final selection on our new home (with lots of internet searching beforehand). She even made time to take us to lunch, introducing us to a new restaurant, in the neighborhood we were searching for properties; Allowing us to all get acquainted. After our lunch and view of about 7 or 8 houses, we made our choice. She devoted her whole day to us and into the early evening as we wrote up our offer! Her Negotiation skills are nothing but exceptional! She assisted in landing us our treasured home at an exceptional cost! The adventure did not end there. She kept in touch through the offer acceptance, hurtled us through the inspection process along with every step of the closing, providing an awesome helpful team of people to complete our closing. Yes, we met, purchased our home in a day, kept in contact and met again for a joyful closing. I will always think of Binki Kaiser as a trusted family member, who assisted my husband and I in the most enjoyable & likely last Real Estate transition of our lives.
